Who is Governor Winter on page 444? Is this another error that the editors failed to catch? Should it have said, "Governor Allain?" Comment: The editors really blew it on this book, so many little errors (almost typo's) and then big ones like the Sheriff's death/move to Maine.

Bonnie Lawrence I thought the “move to Maine” was a euphemism. But, now you have me wondering…

I am confused about the ending of book. Page 412- Fats Bowman walks to the end of pier and blows out his brains. Page 413- Fats Bowman is freezing in Maine. Page 414- skip ahead three years and Fats Bowman is behind bars in jail. Really, how was this missed? It is a long book but aren’t editors expected to read the Whole book?
